Campus Flyers
Send a Flyer
Flyers should be used for most announcements regarding campus events, activities and general information, e.g., music presentations, theatre programs or lectures. Flyers do not require a signatory and allow the originating office more flexibility for content and appearance.
Electronic content must meet accessibility requirements set by federal law and University of California policy.
To request a flyer, send an email to adminrec@ucsd.edu with this information:
- The issuing office or department name
- A one sentence subject line
- Accessible body text with any relevant links included
- Optional: an accessible image
Once we receive the request, we will create and send a test flyer to your email for review. When we receive final approval, the flyer will be distributed.

Students do not receive campus flyers. The Student Events Insider is an online calendar of events and opportunities especially for students, published weekly during the academic year and emailed to all registered students and other subscribers.
