Campus Flyers

Flyers should be used for most announcements regarding campus events, activities and general information, e.g., music presentations, theatre programs or lectures. Flyers do not require a signatory and allow the originating office more flexibility for content and appearance.

Request a flyer by sending an email to adminrec@ucsd.edu with this information:

  • The issuing office or department name
  • A one sentence subject line
  • The body text with any relevant links included
  • Optional, an accessible image

Once we receive the request, a test flyer will be sent to your email for review. When the final approval is received, the flyer will be distributed.

Electronic content must meet accessibility requirements set by federal law and University of California policy. Visit the UC San Diego accessibility website to learn more about creating accessible content.

UC San Diego Flyers

General Interest

A distribution list comprised of individuals who wish to subscribe. This is the appropriate list for topics of general interest.

Academic Flyers

Academic

A distribution list comprised of academics and others who wish to subscribe. It is used for flyers that would be of particular interest to academics.

Clinical Faculty Flyers

Research

A distribution list comprised of academics and researchers. Research-related flyers may be distributed using this list. Individuals cannot self-subscribe to this list.
